Have arrived in Lisbon, Portugal. Great flight, then things rapidly downhill when robbed by a taxi driver from Eastern Europe who stole my money then dumped me by the side of the road. Not the greatest start to a trip. Quite scary and at the end of the day I got away safe. Local police really helpful.

Hope to record a few podcasts tomorrow and prep my keynote. On the bright side things can only get better. Keeping a watching brief on events in Egypt which may determine whether or not I attend there next week.
